- Link data: Until you delete your account; we have a soft delete mechanism in place for now
- Analytics data: Until you delete your account or based on your plan quotas
- Log data: Up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes

We may send you transactional emails related to your account (e.g. login alerts, receipts, feature changes). These are required to use Firecut and do not require consent.
You may also choose to receive product updates or tips. These messages are optional and only sent with your consent. You can unsubscribe anytime.

You can access, update, or delete your account information anytime through your dashboard. You can also export your data or delete your entire account.

Firecut is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we've collected such information, we'll delete it promptly.

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. When we do, we'll notify you by email and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of Firecut after changes means you accept the updated policy.
